@@MacCoyzkie no it was the boot screen with the LM green symbol in the middle. I got it sorted out idk what was going on but I just forced the laptop off then rebooted from bios now it's working fine

sorry to tell you this bro but safe mode is the last resort, if you got no important files in C drive you can just have a fresh windows installation to be able to use the pc again. but if you got important files i suggest bring it to a local shop and have them recover it for you

@@MacCoyzkie I found out the reason why, I have a laptop, without battery, and it's really old (2012 laptop xd) , my adapter got old and it stops working overtime and gives less power to the pc which causes my pc to lag, anyways thanks

@@MacCoyzkie It was definitely over 5 minutes. I also shorted those CLRTC pins but nothing happened. :/

@@stoxi8d oh no this doesn't look good bro, let's try several tests then. 1. Re-seat gpu and cables then clear cmos again 2. if you have integrated graphics can you try that out too 3. Try different output ports on the gpu 4. also test a different monitor or cable if available

Anyway I think 650watts is fine for you build since you are running ryzen cpu why not try this out, turn on xmp/docp then do this ruclips.net/user/shortsn6OjiK33qnY it helped me with mine, im using 5800x and get constant crashing in rendering and playing demanding games too, when i tried that out it got fixed, no more crashes

if the power went off and immediately turns on that's quite dangerous but if it just power off and have a couple of minutes before it went back on then that is fine assuming you already turn off your pc. when i say dangerous for the ups, because it will take the first damage and you mention constantly happening then the ups might already be done, making your psu the next line of defense assuming your psu is 80+ cert from know brands like corsair. the psu then will take all the damage. what you can do right now is to ask a friend or a relative to test your gpu to confirm if its working because we can never know until we test it. if it works then your psu might be dead, remember fans running and lights on the pc does not mean the psu is giving enough juice for the system. use a psu tester like this ruclips.net/user/shortsYrC3PlflLq0 to confirm

One more thing I noticed that it only appears when we turn on the computer after shutting down. I noticed it yesterday as my computer was turned on from past few weeks continuously.

I have also tried clearing cmos as well and I did it now too. Still facing same problem. 😐

@@KaysanAli-z6r do you have a very old hdd connected in your pc, if you do remove it first and let's try to boot the system with just the C drive atm.

I have already removed all drives from my computer except nvme. On bios settings in boot option nvme slot is showing no dosk connected but yesterday it was showing and I changed it's order on 1st. Computer turn on after few attempts now after showing bios settings. Sometimes blue screen error appears or diagnosing problem/repair with black screen.

shutdown the pc, unplug it. remove the cmos battery for 5 minutes, place it back before you turn on the pc again
